I gave Albert a 2.5 hour test, accidentally... what I thought was a simple clogged filter ended up being a drain pump replacement process. I'm happy to report he passed with an "A+" (hope you get my joke) and flying colors! Our washer is back up and running and I cannot be happier. I would highly recommend him and A+ Appliance Repairs, for their truly phenomenal service, kindness, and professionalism!
