We had our home inspected last April by Jay and couldn't be more pleased with the results and overall attention to detail. We were in a bind and time crunch to get an inspector out as quickly as possible, and Jay answered that call of duty with exceptional service. This man puts the SERVE, in service - GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! He was very reasonably priced and overachieved in every way that blew our expectations in every possible way. I would strongly recommend Jay as the most; trusted, honest, and hardworking individual in the business. During the inspection, he was very concise and made some funny jokes to ease the inspection process as we didn't know what to expect and were quite nervous. Jay called out 2 items during his inspection that the seller would need to take care of and pay for prior to us signing our paperwork on the new house. There was an irrigation leak in the system, and the garage door had an operational problem that could potentially pose as a safety risk for our 2 young boys. If these wouldn't have been identified by Jay, these repairs would have ended up coming out of our pocket. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service and support across the board from Jay. A++++
