I've wanted a home inspection for a number of years now but didn't know who to hire. I've had inspections where the inspector didn't seem very thorough and the vibe was just off. However, at last I found Ray (yay!), hired him, he did the inspection, and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't think he missed a single thing. And the report was very good too. He was pleasant and professional, very easy to work with. I asked quite a few questions and he did not get annoyed. And the vibe felt solid. I would recommend Ray for home inspections.
Ray and the A-Pro team did an outstanding job on our home inspection. The inspection was thorough, the report was clear and easy to understand with plenty of photos, and Ray took the time to walk us through everything and answer all our questions. Professional, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend for anyone buying or selling in the Denver area.
My husband and I are first time home buyers and Ray was so sweet and very informative when I reached out to him to do our inspection. He was willing to answer all of my questions and he asked follow-up questions to get to know us. During the inspections, he would chit chat and answer questions about anything he found. After the inspections, I reached out to him (via text) with questions from our agent. He answered the text and provided the needed info within the hour. Ray was great when I wanted to get home checked for radon. He came out right way and I knew the diagnosis by the end of the week. Great communication and would recommend to anyone.
At the suggestion of our Realtor, we contracted with A-Pro to complete an independent inspection of our newly built home prior to closing. Bob (our inspector) was prompt, friendly and courteous. His inspection was thorough and time appropriate (he didn’t hurry), and he offered insights and suggestions along the way. He covered his preliminary report with us before leaving, and we had the completed report the next day.
Bob’s thoroughness, honesty and openness has provided us with an extra level of confidence in the quality of our new home. He also suggested a revisit in about a year for a check up, which we thought was a great idea.
