A-Proseal

We had a great experience working with Fernando and his team. They installed a waterproofing membrane for us at a very reasonable price, and the work was done professionally and carefully. More recently, we experienced a separate water intrusion issue that was unrelated to the waterproofing work they had previously completed. Even though it wasn’t caused by their work, Fernando was incredibly kind and spent over an hour with us doing water tests and trying to trace the source of the leak. We truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for waterproofing work!

Great experience! Fernando was very communicate and easy to work with. Everyone did a great job on my crawlspace work and resolving the humidity/moisture issues. Would definitely recommend this company!

Wasted my time. Never received a quote or a message regarding the job. If you don’t want to do the job say so instead of wasting my time. Got a second opinion and it was very apparent he didn’t even know what he was talking about.

Super professional and reasonably priced. Very easy to work with and I felt like we were in great hands the entire time.

A-Proseal saved the day on my basement project. I needed 24 cracks filled on the walls of my basement before we could frame and insulate the walls. The contractors were ready to start and A-Proseal got their whole team of guys to come on a Saturday on short notice! They did an amazing job and I can't express enough gratitude. Their prices were lower than many of their competitors and they use actual epoxy to fill the cracks and bond the concrete rather than poly foam which just an inferior solution.

I have called on A-Proseal for various projects at my house at different times, because they do honest work at a reasonable price, and they are responsive, professional, and skilled/careful/neat in their work. They were recommended by some people in my neighborhood, and based on my experience with them, I highly recommend them as well.

Fernando responded to our phone call immediately, showed up promptly to give us a quote and the work was done within a few days. They did a great job, were courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. We can sleep easy tonite knowing our basement leak is repaired! We will refer to our friends and family!

A-Proseal did a fantastic job repairing the cracks in our basement. Recently, they completely repaired one of our basement window wells. With all of the recent rains we have had, there were no leaks or water in our basement. They are highly professional, explained the process in detail, and thoroughly answered our questions. I would highly recommend A-Proseal! The company's name should be A+Proseal because they do A+ work!

We had a few cracks in our foundation, one of which was major and required carbon fiber straps. In 36 years here, we never had any water issues, just cracks. A-Proseal was highly recommended by the owner of a different waterproofing company who was retiring. The scheduled inspection process was smooth and informative. The quote was very fair. The team was on time for the scheduled work. They were conscious of cleanliness and dust, and made sure we were totally satisfied before wrapping up their work. The transferable lifetime guarantee is important. We are 100% satisfied with the process, the cost, and the finished product.

Fernando is extremely honest and helped put me at ease w/ his evaluation of my foundation. I recommend him through and through. He took my concern very seriously, came out the next morning, and was on time :).
