You did the best job on my Solar panels ! Probably should swing by and check them again!!
I would not be doing business with them ever again. No transparency. Gimmick for $80.00 bucks an hour per technician and charge by square footage? No real value to the customer.

Our pricing is shared upfront and transparently before any booking is confirmed. We quote based on square footage and the scope of work involved, which is standard practice for professional cleaning services at our level of quality. There are no "hidden fees" or "gimmicks" - what we quote is what you get. We will always ask for more time if it is needed to complete the tasks/areas asked of us.
Prior to your appointment, we recognized that your budget and the size of your home weren't quite aligned, and we proactively reached out to work with you on a prioritized plan for what could realistically be accomplished. We went a step further and offered a full refund on your deposit prior to the week of service. You declined that refund, chose to keep the appointment, and let us know you understood we may not be able to complete your entire list and that was okay. We showed up, did our very best with the time and scope available, and delivered the quality of work we always do.
We genuinely wish things had gone differently. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and that includes being honest with our clients even when it's a difficult conversation. We hope you find a service that is the right fit for your needs.
