Spero was super thorough. I was very much impressed with his inspection. We are buying an older double wide trailer on a lot and I’m buying it knowing it needs some work and he definitely caught some things that will need some attention. I have no doubt that everything was covered on his inspection.
Price assessment: Great price

Shaun,
Thank you for the great review! I enjoyed working with you and wish you the very best in your new home! Best Wishes, Spero
Spero was outstanding to work with. He accommodated our tight timeline without hesitation and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. His knowledge and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the inspection.
What truly sets him apart is the quality of his reports, they go far beyond a simple checklist and provide a thorough, in-depth analysis of each issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to use A to Z Home Inspection again in the future. Thanks again, Spero, for your excellent work and support!
Mr. Zervos is the guy you want to do your inspection. He was very thorough and patient, and explained every detail of the three tests we had done. I will be using him again in the future.
I recently used A To Z Home Inspector Services for a home inspection on behalf of one of my clients and had a great experience. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, timely, and very kind throughout the entire process.
The owner took the time to walk through the findings and explain everything in detail, which was extremely helpful for both my client and me. They were also very responsive to any questions we had.
I would absolutely use A To Z Home Inspector Services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing a thorough, professional home inspection.
I highly recommend A To Z Inspector Services. Spero is professional, knowledgeable, and left himself available for any questions or concerns even after spending over 5 hours on our property. His reports are very detailed and easy to navigate. Will be using Spero again for my home inspections in the Huntsville area!
Spero was great to work with for our radon test. He was on time and communicative. Our test ended up coming back low and no action was needed. We appreciated the honesty and no upselling! Highly recommend and would use Spero again for future needs!
Spero took my call and scheduled a home inspection next day! Talk about service! He was very thorough with his report and helped guide me through his inspection and answer the questions I had. Also he showed me what to fix and how easy it was to do myself if I needed. Even told me the parts to buy and where. Highly recommend.
Spero was so wonderful to work with! He squeezed us in when we needed an inspection stat, he worked late and was very thorough and even took the time at the end of the night to go over with my clients! Highly recommend
