I strongly advise against using A to Z Theatrical for any projects. My experience with this company has revealed numerous concerning practices that present significant risks to anyone considering hiring them. Safety and Compliance Issues: Substandard equipment: Their equipment is often below industry standards, potentially leading to safety hazards. Non-compliant electrical items: Many of their electrical items are not approved for sale in the U.S., posing legal and safety risks. Unqualified personnel: Their employees often lack necessary certifications, such as OSHA 10 or 30, and may not be trained to operate heavy equipment. Ethical Concerns: Unhygienic practices: Their practices regarding costume and makeup rentals can be unsanitary. Questionable business practices: The company has a history of questionable business practices, including selling expired products and violating labor laws. Hostile work environment: There have been allegations of sexual harassment and a toxic work environment within the company. Overall, the work performed by A to Z Theatrical poses clear safety and liability risks, and the company's business practices are unethical. I urge schools, theaters, and any other institutions to avoid using this company for any of their projects.
