I genuinely don't even know where to begin expressing how incredible Kime was throughout our entire wedding planning journey! From the very beginning, she was an absolute dream to work with, and I truly cannot imagine having planned our wedding without her! Over the last 14 months, Kime was there for us every step of the way. She is unbelievably organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable, and her organization helped keep me organized throughout the entire process. She had so many incredible resources, helpful recommendations, and thoughtful suggestions that made planning so much easier. No matter what question I had or what situation came up, she always seemed to have an answer or a solution. And beyond being an absolutely phenomenal coordinator, Kime was also occasionally my unofficial therapist. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and there were definitely moments when I needed someone to talk me off the ledge. Kime was always the calm in the chaos. She had this incredible ability to reassure me, put everything into perspective, and make me feel like everything was going to work out perfectly. Having someone like that in your corner throughout the planning process is truly invaluable. And then came the wedding day itself. I genuinely cannot put into words how absolutely PERFECT everything was! From the smallest details to the biggest moments, Kime executed our vision even more beautifully than we ever could have imagined. The entire day felt completely seamless and effortless. And if anything did go wrong behind the scenes, I certainly never knew about it because she was so incredibly on top of everything! I was able to be completely present, soak in every moment, and enjoy the best day of my life without worrying about a single detail. That alone is priceless. It wasn't just us who noticed how amazing she was, either! We received SO many compliments from both our wedding party and our guests about how organized, professional, and incredible Kime was throughout the day. Her hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it truly showed in every aspect of our wedding. Kime didn't just help us plan a wedding. She helped bring our dream wedding to life, and somehow made it even more beautiful than we ever could have hoped for. I will forever be grateful for her dedication, patience, kindness, and the countless hours she put into making our day so special. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Kime highly enough. I had the pleasure of working alongside Lindsey as the DJ for Sarah and Fred’s wedding, and she was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, she was professional, organized, and always calm and collected. No matter what was going on, she handled everything with confidence and made sure the day ran smoothly. Where do I even begin with Tori Chavez?! If I could give her endless stars, I absolutely would. I am an extremely Type A person and went into wedding planning thinking we probably wouldn’t need that much help from a coordinator. I had everything organized, knew exactly what I wanted, and felt like I had a pretty good handle on things. WOW did Tori prove me wrong (in the absolute best way). I truly had no idea just how much she would do for us or how invaluable she would become. Tori stepped in and handled everything like she was genuinely born to do this. She stayed on top of our vendors, followed up when we weren’t receiving responses, handled last-minute issues without ever making them feel like an issue, and somehow remained completely calm and collected through all of it. Any time something went off course or we started to stress, Tori was the person who made us feel like everything was going to be okay (and then she made sure it was) :) Her attention to detail was unbelievable!! She created multiple versions of our wedding weekend itineraries, including special itineraries for our VIP guests, and thought through details I never would have even considered. And when I unexpectedly broke my ankle AND foot 5 weeks before our wedding, Tori immediately went above and beyond to make sure I had every accommodation under the sun. She adapted plans, thought ahead for me, texted me on random weekdays to see how I was feeling, and made me feel so cared for during what could have been an incredibly stressful situation. On our wedding day, I was able to actually be present because I knew Tori had everything handled. I never felt like I needed to check on a vendor, watch the clock, solve a problem, or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. I'd turn around and she was right there with another drink in hand for me. For someone as Type A as I am, being able to completely let go and trust someone else with such an important day says EVERYTHING!! Tori did so much more than I ever realized a wedding coordinator did. She wasn’t just our coordinator, she was our problem solver, advocate, calming presence, organizer, and the person making sure the hundreds of little details we had spent so much time planning actually came together. Tori, I truly cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. You went above and beyond in every possible way, and our wedding would not have been what it was without you. Hiring you was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. If you are considering working with Tori at A Touch of Bliss: DO IT.
