I’m so glad I chose this company for my long-distance move from the Bay Area to AZ! The crew arrived on time, even a little early, and worked quickly and efficiently while taking great care of my belongings. They were thorough from packing through delivery, and I really appreciated their attention to detail.
One thing that stood out was how they handled everything that needed to be disassembled. It was all carefully wrapped, with the screws attached inside the wrapping so they stayed with the right item. I’ve had other movers hand me the screws separately, and of course I ended up losing them! Keeping the hardware with the furniture was such a thoughtful, practical touch and made putting things back together much easier.
They also took great care of my fragile cat trees, wrapping them with the cat toys still attached and safely tucked inside the wrapping. I laughed when I saw the toys still on the trees after the move. Everything made the trip together, right down to the cats’ little accessories!
I was particularly worried about two expensive items, and both were transported carefully and arrived intact. The crew even checked that my TV was working after unwrapping it. Those little details gave me so much peace of mind and showed how much care they put into the job.
Moving is always stressful, especially between states, but they made this move feel easy. I’m very grateful for their hard work and the care they showed throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, efficient movers who treat your belongings with care!
Vlada, thank you for the wonderful detailed review. We’re so glad our careful packing, attention to hardware and fragile items, and final checks helped make your long-distance move easier, and we appreciate your recommendation.
Thank you!
