Tech arrived on time to fix my noisy refrigerator. Diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor. He replaced the bad fan motor and now my refrigerator runs like new. And he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very satisfied with the AAA service.

Communications from AAA Home Office were outstanding. From the initial conversation to the installation day, AAA service agent and technician were thorough and on time. I called for a service technician to check out my upright freezer that was not cooling properly. He came on time and quickly checked the unit, he found the compressor defective and gave me price for the replacement. It was decided that it would be cheaper the buy a new freezer. That is what I decided. I have used them previously and found them excellent and they guarantee their work. I paid the service fee of $175.00 for the call.

After reporting our freezer issue to Frigidaire, we were contacted by AAA Appliance. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They ordered the necessary part (covered under warranty - so no charge) and installed it quickly. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend AAA.
