Julia was very professional and treated me like a very important client. She even went the extra mile to explain and pointed out important factors. The report was very thorough and accurate and fast. I would recommend her to anyone I know who needs an appraisal done.

I needed an estate appraisal and searched for local professionals on Google. I saw all of the 5 Star ratings for AAA/Julia and gave her a call. The 5 stars are well deserved. She's prompt, professional, and very nice. The appraisal itself went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend her without hesitation.
