Not at all satisfied. Waste of time and money. Master Plumber from AAA with years of experience spent 10 minutes max with a plunger and a manual auger to try to clear my clogged toilet. He didn't try any other methods and was more concerned about his shift ending in 45 minutes rather than stay to get the job done. Said he'd have to come back another day to go up on the roof and if he couldn't clear the drain line from the roof, he'd have to remove the toilet and run the electric auger - either method over $600 because he'd have to bring a helper! I was left paying $162 for NOTHING and still had a clogged toilet. Come on guys, that was ridiculous! Had to turn around after 4:00 PM and call Roto-Rooter to come out last night, run their electric auger through the easy access clean out and clear the clog quickly and much less expensive than the roof or removing toilet method AAA quoted me. Not to mention, got it done TODAY as expected and needed. Wish I would have called Roto-Rooter first to save time and money with a plumber who could actually resolve the problem quickly and get the job done. On top of that, the Roto-Rooter trainee has only been a plumber for 2.5 months!

John was absolutely the best. He walked me through via phone call how to get our hot water back on after a power outage. He was professional and so kind and helpful. He text me the steps if we should have another power outage. I really appreciate John so very much!!! No charge.
