Customers frequently cite same-day scheduling, clear communication, and professional conduct as key positives, with technicians often explaining repairs thoroughly. Services range from emergency leak detection and septic tank pumping to water heater maintenance and clog removal. While most reviews praise the efficiency and knowledge of the staff, some lower-rated comments mention high pricing for specific repairs and instances where technicians arrived without necessary parts or detailed information.

I was very pleased with the service I received from AAA City Plumbing. I called them because needed to locate the boundaries of my septic drainage field. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, about a day from the initial visit. I was impressed by Frankie and Perry’s ability to find the drainage field with a minimum of digging. They were very knowledgeable about their work. The front office personnel, Parish and Jaimie, were extremely professional snd courteous. Thank you, AAA City Plumbing!
Randy and Ian W came by my townhome and cleared an upstairs clog that I had been trying to clear since the previous weekend! They were extremely knowledgeable and that Ian W is a WORKER. Randy was so knowledgeable that it was on another level. Those two are your “A Team”. I will definitely be asking for them again if a problem arises in the future. My father and mother were visiting and couldn’t speak highly enough of Ian W and how polite he was. It was always “Yes sir” “no sir” etc. They both even took the extra time at 5 pm on a Friday to uncover my clean out that the sod had grown over. Absolutely amazed by their work ethic. I meant to write this sooner but I’m glad I finally gave them the props that they were due. They also replaced a wax ring for me and made sure they cleaned and Ian vacuumed the entire bathroom when they were done. Superb work guys.
AAA Plumbing always has great customer service! I spoke with Jamie today and she was so nice, accommodating and professional!! I highly recommend AAA Plumbing!
I have used AAA City Plumbing on several occasions. They give the best service at a fair price .Very professional and courteous! From making an appointment with Jaime to the two techs, Randy (Red) and Ian, the service was impeccable !! Red explained what the issue was and what I can do to prevent future clogs. I had a price that I assumed I would be changed for the service and thank the Lord the final charge was way less than what I was expecting!! I will always only call AAA City!

Thank you! We always strive for excellent service, and we’re glad it showed.
I called AAA City Plumbing and was able to have Cory come out the same day. Cory explained what was going on with the plumbing under my kitchen sink and fixed it on the spot. Cory was efficient, friendly and did a great job taking care of the leaking pipe and smell from the sink vent. I highly recommend AAA and Cory to assist with any plumbing concerns.
Did not get service from them but if your service is as bad as your drivers then it’s always a no to this business. Review your driver and possibly let this person go. Truck 94. A danger to all. Swerving and cutting people off. This guy needs to go.
