AAA Fence and Deck Company

I had a whole fence replacement job done by AAA two years ago. Their price was competitive with others. However, that's where the positives stop. Their communication is horrible. Once you hand over the money you will not hear from them. It will make you think you just lost tons of money to a scammer. You will be contacting them trying to figure out the status of things. Luckily they are not robbing you. They just are horrible with communication. Like most companies they are the middle man. They actually go out and hire the real contractors who will build the fence. If the real fence contractor is doing other stuff then too bad. The contractors are also not great at communication. Had to get some part of the fence redone because they did what they wanted rather than ask me what should be done. The workmanship is decent but not great. Several pickets cracked a short time after being installed. This can be called natural but it wasn't expected nor explained beforehand. Other pickets had come loose from the nails. Warranty is okay if you use it right away but if you try to use it later on then you will be ignored. The problems I described in the paragraph above were taken care of in a few weeks from when I reported them. Try using that warranty after 1.5 years (you get 2 years) and you will be ignored. I reached out to Cameron several times. At first he replied saying it will get taken care of in two weeks. Then it was ghost town. I was wondering if he was no longer there but after reading recent reviews I see people still mention his name so he's still there. This goes back to their horrible communication. I suggest spending just a bit extra to go with a company that has better communication and honors their warranty. Always check the reviews! UPDATE: Although it took a bad review to get them to contact me, they did reach out. They wanted to make it right and setup a date to do the repair work. I agreed and the repair was done. Afterwards I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said there was new management at the company. It's a good step in the right direction. Therefore, I added this update to my review and went from two stars to three.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience with our fence installation. It took almost three months from the time we signed a contract to get our fence installed. This wasn't a problem for us except the complete lack of communication. We always had to reach out for updates and it would take a week or more to get a response. Not even a response to say we don't know and can get back to you. Once our fence was installed there were a few issues that I wanted addressed so I emailed the only contact person I had and have not had any response to let me know if my concerns were forwarded to the right person or who to contact. We have one fence post that didn't get capped. Two of our posts holes didn't get filled in at all and we can see way down to the post that is very exposed. We now have water filling in these holes so I was forced to attempt to fill them myself. The other issues is two of our gates do not latch well and we have to jam them hard to get them closed. They had a good price and good reviews so we thought they were a good choice but come to find out our estimate was $1,600 off in measurements even though I told them exactly where we wanted the fence to go. I didn't realize I needed to check their measurements for accuracy. I was relying on their expertise to provide an accurate estimate. A small increase is understandable but that was way off and it wasn't because we changed our mind at installation.

Steven at AAA Fence was professional and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and offered some helpful suggestions. Because of the location of our utilities, the team had to hand dig the holes on one of the hottest days this summer. They do and the result was a straight and even fence. We're very satified and would recommend AAA.

These guys did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck and adding a screened in porch / covering. Great build quality and it looks even better than I'd hoped. All at an affordable price. Only thing was it did take them some time to complete the job, but for the value and the quality I'll make that deal any day of the week.

Cameron was great to work with to start out our project. He was responsive to all of my email communications. Sharon was friendly and professional whenever I called or texted her regarding our project. The overall price of the fence was reasonable. Once the time came for the install, they were quick and professional. We had our fence done in 2 days and now are enjoying our more private space out back!

We had a fence installed in August 2025. At first glance, the fence appeared to be completed without issues. However, after examining it more closely over the next few months, I noticed a few issues. I communicated these issues with AAA management in November 2025. AAA originally responded and scheduled a time to come out and complete the repairs in early December 2025. They never came out, and by January 2026, the repairs were still not completed. After two additional months of back and forth with the company, and their "repair person", the repairs are still not completed. I was provided excuses and more excuses as to why they were not completed. The "repair person" did attempt to nail in some pickets which were not properly secured in August 2025. However, he could not complete this simple task correctly. Now I have nails sticking through the fence rails because the wrong sized nails were used. When I asked AAA to send someone else out to complete the repairs on 3/2/26, their response was to have the same "repair person" contact me four times on 3/3/26. This is after I specifically asked for him not to come back out to my property. I would highly advise against using this company!

We had AAA Fence and Deck remove an old deck and replace it with a screened porch. The skilled crew did a great job, and installed it in a timely manner. We would use them again.

Our 6 foot fence was installed very nicely. We got several quotes and AAA had the best warranty and price. It took a while for them to install though. We had them come back the next day to make adjustments and their owner Frank Issa came by to inspect the issue and sent his people the next day.

Steven and his team did a great job on our deck rehabilitation project, which entailed power washing, sanding and restraining. It came out great and we are very satisfied with it. Thanks again.
