Arrived on time. Clean and wore covers on his shoes. Diagnosed problem and clearly communicated it. Had correct part in his van. Fixed and my elderly tenant is nice and warm, which is the most important outcome. Billing system is efficient and I got a clear receipt quickly so I can pay and do my accounting. Replaced motor, thermostat, and duct cleaning. Tech was patient showed how to read new thermostat, which is important for tenants

I always prepay for maintenance service with AAA so I don’t miss out on scheduled maintenance of my HVAC system. They replace the filter, check the system for carbon monoxide leaks, etc. on both the AC and furnace. The prepay service also includes water heater check and partial drain, laundry vent cleaning.
MAX has been out to my property for the past 2 seasons he is professional service technician. I have used AAA for over 5 years

AAA was absolutely the right company to have do my seasonal HVAC inspection and checkup. My unit is an outdoor package unit, 20+ yrs old at the tail end of its life expectancy. Another company that was supposed to be "affordable" wanted $300 for the inspection, whereas AAA charged only $98. The tech, Tyler, was a very competent and knowledgable young man, very good at explaining things and very patient with my questions. He did a great job and I will use them again for sure.
