Customers frequently praise AAA Home & Termite Inspections for providing thorough, detailed reports with clear photos, along with professional communication and punctual service. The business offers various inspection types, including home, termite, mold, and sewer scope, which reviewers describe as affordable and easy to schedule. However, a portion of low-star reviews cites missed defects, such as plumbing leaks or foundation issues, and highlights difficulties reaching staff for follow-up questions or concerns after the inspection is completed.

i love working with AAA Home & Termite inspections, they helped us with a mold inspection at our business location. Isaac is very professional, punctual and answered all our questions. 10/10 recommend
As a real estate agent with more than 33 years of experience, I highly recommend AAA. They offer a convenient one-stop shop for home, pool, termite, sewer-scope, and mold inspections.

Their reports are thorough and easy to read, with clear photos and a helpful summary highlighting items that may need repair. I also appreciate being able to speak directly with the inspector and review the report on a conference call with my buyers—or sellers. That personal touch is especially helpful when we’re discussing repairs and working to keep a contract moving forward.

Everyone is personable and professional. I always enjoy talking with Gabby; she makes me feel like I’m in good hands from the very first call. I truly enjoy working with AAA and confidently recommend them.
Great and fast service
Very professional and know what they are talking about. Some idiots tried to say that there was termite damage when, as a home builder myself, I know for a fact it was sun and water "damage." It was just paint peeling from sun and water. These other people are either lazy or don't know what they are talking about. I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could. I Appreciate your professionalism AAA, I'm not a friend or affiliated with AAA, but they know what they are talking about.
Very fast, thorough and detailed inspection. Juan was great.

Jacob was very thorough during his inspection, he made sure no stone was left unturned, ensuring that there could no question of how he was his job. He was very polite to the owner who was present as they allowed him to conduct his duties without any interference. Jacob is the consummate professional in every way.
I had a great experience with Jacob and AAA Home & Termite Inspections. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was checked during the inspection. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service, especially since we’re getting ready to buy our new home. Highly recommend!
Adrian has conducted three home inspections for me, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Beyond his exceptional thoroughness, he is remarkably approachable, always taking the time to clarify his findings without hesitation. I recommend his inspection services without reservation.
