Alex was fantastic. Came out of his way to me in 90008 after we had to reschedule-was checking in to make sure I was still good to meet. Diagnosed my problem, was upfront that a simple replacement from a local store would probably be a better deal for me, but I decided to go with him to do a temporary repair for now. He was helpful, informative and very nice. Great guy. Fully recommend contacting him for any blind/shutter repairs or needs!
