I love this company, they’re amazing! We just moved with them for the third time, and they were fantastic, as always. They make moving a lot less stressful. Baltazar, Joesiah, and Alfonso took great care of us - they were incredibly fast, efficient, and smart. It’s amazing how well they remember what we need, and where everything goes. They gave me great advice for last minute packing, wrapped my fragile items with care, and even busted out wood glue to fix a broken bookshelf! I loved how they talked and joked with each other as friends, too. Everyone seems to get along and enjoy each other’s company in this small family business - it has great vibes, which is essential when people are handling my most precious things. I wouldn’t move with anybody else.

I've never used professional, full-service movers in the past. Now, AAA Soto's Moving & Storage has spoiled me for the future. From the jump, they were responsive, gave me an actionable quote, and maintained communication until the day of the move. I sent a list of what was being moved to make things easier. On the morning of the move, they arrived with two movers, father and son, and a third was on their way. However, when Robert saw the quantity of the move, he cancelled the third mover. To me, that's integrity. He could've easily had the other mover show up, maintain the original (higher) quote, and I would've been none the wiser. They were efficient, friendly, quick, and most importantly, all of the items arrived exactly the way they picked them up. On top of that, we have a duo adjustable bed that they expertly took apart, wrapped, unwrapped and reassembled just the same. Last, they were able to put our furniture exactly where we wanted it. They finished in half the time that was originally quoted. Therefore, I highly recommend AAA Soto Moving and Storage. If we move again, they've got the job.

I wish that I could write a review like the one I did 6 years ago and be able to recommend AAA Soto to friends as I have done over the years - but that's not to be. I reported a number of problems soon after a March 2026 move and the replies were cavalier, untimely and uncaring. Nobody from AAA Soto showed much interest and certainly made no effort to offer a solution. It may be worth noting that 6 years ago every man working the move was a Soto and this past time not a single Soto was among the 3 movers. Sorry Roberto but I am going elsewhere should I move again and referral are history.

We have used AAA Soto's twice and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We first hired them back in 2019 for our move from Rancho Sahuarita to Vail. They packed our boxes for us and did a fantastic job. The price couldn't be beat either. Fast forward to 2026, we had a more complicated move from Vail to storage to Oro Valley. We received a few bids from other companies, but AAA Soto's beat them by a country mile. We also appreciated that they had their own storage facility with insurance AND they packed items into crates. Once again, the AAA Soto's crew packed us carefully and all of our items were safely transferred to our new house. The crew was respectful to us and our possessions. They also came to collect the boxes after we had unloaded, which was very helpful.

AAA+++ service. We purchased a very heavy table that needed to be delivered. We also had some heavy furniture within our house that needed to be moved and we had items for donation. AAA Soto delivered the heavy table and had to maneuver up a difficult stairway. They wrapped the stairs in blankets to protect the wood. They also placed matts throughout the house when they were moving furniture. They were professional, polite and hard working. Plus they are a local, family businesses. I will definitely use them in the future.

Keep an eye on the movers in your home if you hire this company. My $3,000. Tag Heuer watch was stolen from a bedroom dresser by one of the movers employed by this company. When I reported the theft, the company owner told me that I had signed a contract which said (in fine print) that I was responsible for any of my valuables... BEWARE: You just might be giving them permission to rob you!!!
