However, after reviewing our inspection schedule, client records, invoices, agreements, and communication records, we are unable to locate any customer, inspection, appointment, estimate, or phone inquiry under this name. AAPEX Home Inspection Services stands behind our professionalism and customer service, and we welcome the opportunity to address any legitimate concern. Sincerely Steve Johnson, Owner Google Subject / reason: Review not based on genuine customer experience — Fake Engagement / Misleading Review with AAPEX Home Inspection Services. Appeal: I am requesting removal of the 1-star review posted by “Joanne Whitmore” for AAPEX Home Inspection Services because it appears to violate Google’s Fake & Misleading Content / Fake Engagement policy. Google’s policy states that reviews should reflect a genuine, actual experience with a business, and that content not based on a real experience is not allowed. This review states that “This company is very unprofessional and the Inspectors are rude and disrespectful,” but after checking our business records, we cannot verify this person as a customer, lead, caller, inspection client, buyer, seller, agent, or anyone connected to any inspection performed by our company. We searched our inspection records, scheduling records, invoices, agreements, customer names, phone records, and related communications and found no match for this reviewer or any interaction that would support a genuine experience with AAPEX Home Inspection Services. The reviewer also does not provide an inspection date, property address, report number, agent name, client name, or any specific service details that would allow us to identify a legitimate customer experience. The public review history shown on the reviewer’s Google profile appears to be concentrated around businesses in the Palm Bay, Florida area, while AAPEX Home Inspection Services is a local SE Michigan based small business. Based on our records, this review does not appear to accurately represent an actual customer experience with our company.
