The customer service is lacking. They get a 1 out of 5 for that specifically. They don't communicate well to their clients or between each other. Not just with me but with another person that came after me. With that being said... I gave them a 5 because the service was far quicker than expected. I expected my city sticker to be trashed, it was saved and reapplied. I expected some up selling, but nope straight to the point. I expected some minor issue with them breaking/damaging something cuz it's not a big chain, no issues whatsoever. They price is surprisingly competitive. Even against Safelite. The difference is safelite force bundles their mobile pricing by default, but this place has them separate. So you're not forced to pay extra for a service you don't need. I drove 40 minutes from the suburbs for this. Even with the poor customer service, I'd go back and recommend to friends.

Aaron's Auto Glass was amazing with fixing my front windshield. Their prices are perfect and you don't have to wait long. Speed with perfection. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back if I ever need a windshield replaced again. Their customer service was outstanding too. Anytime I spoke to someone they answered my questions without hesitation.

Should probably wait until a few months pass to write this to make sure my glass performs, but I feel compelled to write this review. Taking my lady friend up for a fall weekend this Friday and thought oh snap there's a crack in my windshield that's not gonna impress wonder if I can get that fixed this week yet. Called Aaron on a monday at 10A, they piped in my insurance provider to confirm coverage and make the connection on the same call. Told to to drop off at 11A. Called me at 2P saying new windshield is done and installed. it looks great! Can't beleive how fast this was done- incredibly seamless (pun intended). If the glass doesn't hold up I'll update this review but I highly recommend.
