We have been using this service for both a deep clean as well as monthly maintenance cleanings. The people working for this company work very hard to make our home shine and are very nice and trustworthy. We can't reccomend them enough!
I used this company 2 times, the first time was great! The second time was a bit of a let done. Some tasks that were requested were either skipped over or not fully completed.

Ms.Trish and her team help me maintain the cleanliness of our home biweekly and assist me with laundry services weekly. They are always prompt, extremely thorough, and very respectful of our home. Coming home to a clean home that smells fresh is the best feeling. Worth every penny!
The first time I had Above and Beyond was about 10 days ago. 3 ladies came and did a much needed DEEP clean! The house felt like a completely different home when they were through! Today was my first weekly cleaning and Brooklyn was easy and a complete joy to have in our home. She did an amazing job and did not miss a single detail, even being here on her own today♥️

Fee structure was opaque, their estimate was way off AND the math on their invoice was incorrect, and one worker left half an hour ahead of schedule (with no change to my rates). Not worth the hassle; I'd rather work with people who communicate transparently & professionally. EDIT: AFTER I paid the invoice they sent me an itemized list of three rooms substantially uncleaned after they had gotten me to authorize an extra $260 of cleaning. There are only 8 rooms in my house. This is essentially fraud.
This is inaccurate. We maintained communication with you throughout the entire cleaning process. When our team arrived, it became immediately apparent that the condition of the home would require significantly more time than originally estimated. As discussed, our estimate clearly states that it is an estimate only and that any labor exceeding the estimated time is billed at our hourly rate. You agreed to these terms when accepting our digital service agreement on 5/26/26. At 2:36 PM, after being informed that additional time would be required, you authorized up to four additional labor hours. Our GPS and timekeeping records show that all technicians remained on site and working until their assigned departure times. Because team members arrived and departed at different times throughout the day, all labor was tracked individually and billed accurately to the minute based on each technician's actual time worked in the home. Regarding the invoice discrepancy, the difference was a simple clerical typo of $0.40 versus $0.10. Once brought to our attention, we immediately offered to leave the $0.30 difference at the property. You chose to have the invoice corrected, and the adjustment was made promptly. Additionally, our final service report documented areas that were not fully completed, including three windows with existing damage & mold, some flooring mopped, vacuuming needed in living room, and minimal work remaining in the oven. We also maintain before and after photographs of all properties to document the condition of the home and the work performed. While we understand that not every customer will be satisfied, we stand behind the work completed. The team worked diligently throughout the day under challenging conditions and completed a substantial amount of cleaning within the time that was authorized. We are proud of the effort our technicians put into your home and the results achieved. We wish you all the best moving forward and thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
I've been having some serious struggles with my room with depression and injuries just constantly setting me back. I was barely keeping up with the common areas of my house and I finally had to just bite the bullet and ask for help! And Omg Emma was so nice and so understanding and I can't appreciate her help more!!!! She didn't judge me or anything she just came in and got right to work and was super fast! Both Danielle (the owner) and Emma were such a treat to work with and I definitely recommend them for any service you need!!!
