Reviewers frequently praise the high-quality grooming results, friendly staff, and ability to handle anxious pets. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with poor phone communication, delayed callback responses, and discrepancies between quoted and final prices. One complaint also noted a significant delay in completing an appointment.

We recently moved from Texas! First time at this facility.. our dog Nala looked amazing.. normally she gets really scared, but they went on and kindly took her and she didn’t have a chance to get scared . I keep looking at her and she just looks beautiful.. Her coat is perfect.. they did it just as I requested it. Thank you for making Nala comfortable and happy. We will definitely be coming back
Quotes me over the phone $65. Left me a voicemail that my dog is ready for pickup and it would be $75. Showed up to pick my dog up and told me it would be $85…. Cut was great but deceiving, and a liar about price.
Always a great experience at Above and Beyond! My Luna Tuna before and after
They always do a great job on my Shih Tzu.
Rick is very communicative and they are wonderful with my fur babe! We had a complicated situation with past due grooming and they offered the best solution to get my pup back into grooming shape. Thomas is such a good groomer! Thank you Above and Beyond Grooming!
abby and Nala look beautiful. Wonderful environment to have your dogs groomed. You’ll be very happy and pleased .
I’m not sure what kind of wizardry these guys have done but my 11 year old Aussie and 8 year old chihuahua look like puppies again! Thanks for always taking great care of my babies!!!
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating with a last minute request to see our pup. They catered to his anxious temperament wonderfully and made suggestions to help ease stress for future appointments as well as working to get him in for another full-service appointment last-minute with a booked schedule. Service was personalized, location is adorable and clean and their interactions with all customers while I was waiting was quite impressive. I will be returning for future grooming needs.
Reasonably priced, friendly and compassionate. Done in a timely manner. Allows drop in nail clipping. On the con side. Does not answer phone or return calls from messages left. EVER
Never returns phone calls, but does a great job if you can get an appointment
