I was so impressed with this team of 3! Jeff, Orlando and Issac. They were so friendly and professional and a pleasure to speak to. They were so helpful helping me decide how high I wanted my 85” inch TV. Love their work! Great people 💯
Before I approved the order, Jeff at ABQ TV Mount, was meticulous in double-checking that the mounting system he recommended would work with our new TV. When the installation technicians, Marcellin and Otis came here, and in spite of the super tight nook where the tv would be installed, they effortlessly removed the old TV, the old mounting system, perfectly installed the new bracket and the new TV. Marcellin and Otis were professional, polite and very careful that nothing in the house could be damaged - even to the extent that they wore protective booties over their work boots to keep from damaging our hard wood floor. Jeff was absolutely amazing! Him and Otis helped install our TV on very short notice. We were supposed to be installed by geek squad from Best Buy, but when they arrived, they weren't comfortable with our mount. Geek Squad told us to go get a new mount, so we did, but the install got rescheduled to two weeks out. We didn't want to wait so we called Jeff. He showed up within one hour and was VERY prepared and his work was phenomenal. He went above and beyond what we expected. He removed and re-mounted my Sonos Soundbar for no extra charge. He covered up some of our old holes in the wall. He helped us clean up and hide some of our cables. He was very meticulous with his work and even hauled away the box and Styrofoam. 10/10 would recommend him. Him and Otis were very nice.
This team of two were true professionals. They were neat, organized, polite, efficient, and reasonable. They mounted two televisions that had some height and width constraints and handled them perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent work!
