Lautin, Ezequiel and Aaron came out to replace the AC unit and heat pump. They showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional. They did a great job and explained everything clearly after they were done, including some fixes made to some other issues found during the install. Thanks!!

At our initial inquiry Jay Poole clearly explained the various options for furnace/air conditioning/heat pump & gave his experienced reasonable recommendations for our situation. Our issue all started after water was leaking through the ceiling from the air duct below the AC. We had been using a big well known heating and cooling company (I will not name names) that told us the reason our AC they installed originally was leaking was because ACs are not designed to run unless the temperature…

5-Star Review for Absolute Heating & Cooling – Excellent Experience! I recently had my furnace and AC unit replaced by Absolute Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Out of six bids I received, Absolute not only gave me the best price, but also offered more value than any of…

We had 4 companies come out to look at our failing gas furnace and get bids/recommendations. Jay from Absolute was easily the best. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. Even offering to add the install of a new gas water tank we needed for a small additional fee. My #1 choice right away and ended up…

I had this company come to my house to install a new furnace & heat pump last week. It 80 degrees outside & it is 80 degrees in my house. The so called AC is on right now, set to 70. But, unfortunately the air conditioner is not working. I have called several times to no response. I would NEVER have this company in…

We've had Jay, Aaron, and Mahlik out to two separate houses, three different times. Each time they were efficient, polite, and a true joy to work with. Carol and Marissa in the office are nice and personable. Always willing to answer questions or track down Jay for an answer if they don't know it. I will continue to…
