Customers frequently highlight the company's communication, punctuality, and fair pricing for services including roof, siding, gutter, and door replacements. Reviewers note that crews arrive on schedule, provide thorough cleanups, and offer transparent quotes without aggressive upselling. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the automated phone system and lack of response to initial estimate requests via email or text.

We're especially glad to hear that our communication and professionalism stood out from the initial planning stages through the completed installation. Home improvements are so overwhelming. Sam came out very quickly and was so professional and informative. He explained exactly what we needed and didn’t try and upsell anything. The quote was by far the most reasonable and we were still getting the features for our new doors we were looking for. His crew was so efficient and wow the end result is better than we could have hoped for! It’s so hard to trust contractors these days and we would hands down recommend Sam and Absolute every single time.

We had a total exterior makeover. New roof, new gutters, new entry doors, new siding and trim. The crews were great. Very good about cleaning up afterwards. Sam kept us informed of the schedule and changes due to weather. The work was done fast and with high quality.

Thank you, Todd! We truly appreciate the 5-star review and the opportunity to complete your roof, gutters, entry doors, siding, and trim. It’s great to hear that our crews kept you informed, worked efficiently, and delivered quality results despite the weather. Thank you for trusting Absolute Home Improvements with your home! 🏠🔨
They dont deserve even a 1 star.
Complete automated Ai phone system.
Wanted an estimate for siding repairs/replacement. Never heard back from them, email, text, or phone message. ... May be just a marketing company to get your information .
Very wierd.
We had a great experience with Absolute Home Improvements for our gutter replacement. Sam was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, and his communication before, during, and after the project was outstanding. His crew did excellent work, and we are very happy with the finished product.
I shopped around and compared multiple quotes. Absolute’s pricing was fair, but when you factor in the quality of the materials and workmanship, I felt we received an excellent value.
Sam also went above and beyond during our initial walk-around. Completely unrelated to the gutter project, he helped identify a tuckpointing issue that was likely causing water to leak around one of our windows and recommended someone who ended up doing great work as well.
I can’t recommend Sam and Absolute Home Improvements enough. Great communication, quality work, fair pricing, and an overall excellent experience.

Communication and quality workmanship are two things we take a lot of pride in, so it’s great to hear that stood out throughout the entire project. I’m also glad we were able to spot the tuckpointing issue during the walk-around and point you in the right direction before it caused more problems.
It was a pleasure working with you, Ryan. Thank you again for your business, your recommendation, and for choosing Absolute Home Improvements!
We manage a 8 family building, needed a new roof. We called 4 different roofing contractors, they came in and did the job on the day they promised. Did a great job and left the jobsite spotless. I would strongly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for other buildings.

Sam and Nick were both terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. They went above and beyond my expectations and were very fairly priced. I will be recommending them to others for sure and looking forward to hiring them in the future if the need arises.
