Used off and on for many years. Not the least expensive option out there and some of the technicians are strange. One even sent a long text one evening after their service asking if I wanted her to adopt my cat (totally unsolicited and bizarre). I have asked for years for more robust help with rodent control (I live on acreage) and they keep requiring to meet with me about it instead of just addressing the issue. I'm a solo working parent and I travel a lot. Work and life have been very hectic lately. I missed these consultation appointments and instead of calling me to discuss, the owner had the office admin call and tell me my account was canceled. I take full ownership for the no shows. But the tact the owner took is really disappointing after literally years of paying for this service and no attempt on their part to understand, charge me for the no shows or anything. Just got "dumped." Anyway, looking for a new pest control solution now. Good thing this market is saturated!

We discovered a termite issue and, after doing extensive research, chose Absolute for the job. I’ll be honest — we were tough clients with lots of questions, but the team was patient and professional throughout the process. They performed a full treatment around the concrete perimeter and also dug the 6x6 trench around the rest of the house — in 100-degree heat after a month without rain. The crew worked extremely hard. Our records show the technician performed a thorough inspection, placed stations inside and outside, made recommendations for further monitoring, sealing and removal of attractant, and gave our guarantee on the service if you feel it is not working. He also removed a wasp nest at no additional cost. We pride ourselves on being very thorough.

Absolute Pest Control is a great, safe service. I had a seasonal problem with spiders coming inside that is gone completely now. Rana on the front desk is great on scheduling. Kelly Quinn, the technician for my home, always does a super job. Spiders never come inside in the first place now. And the bees and flowers stay safe also.
