These guys were so awesome!!! So professional, smart and just did everything right!!! Would 1000% recommend! (Radon) just got our test results back and we’re at 0.6!!!!!! So so impressed! They also had different and better ways of getting it out and setting up the fan than any of the other companies. They did the…
I am very happy with the communication and service received from ARS. My tech Justin was very considerate of the space (cleaned floor of debris, etc.) and efficient with his efforts. The new fan is working great. I would certainly recommend ARS to other homeowners.
Quite pleased. Professional in all respects from initial call, inspection and estimate in person, schedule, timely, technician competent and communicative about process.
Absolute Radon Safety installed a system in my basement March, 2019. The business has sold to new owners multiple times, last time in 2022, ironically the same time that regulations changed for systems installed prior to 2022. The new owners do not honor warranty on the fan, which was a 10 year warranty. Just…
Great work! I highly recommend using Absolute Radon Safety. Their equipment and workmanship is top notch.
Came out and replaced our fan. Did a great job and made the house safe again
The install tech was on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining what he was going to do. Everything looks well done. I definitely recommend Absolute Radon Safety!
Excellent service. Radon mitigation works fine - radon levels below 2.0 picocuries/l.
Great service - on time prompt service. Friendly techs - explained things plainly and did a terrific installation job!
Absolute Radon Safety recently completed an install of a radon mitigation system for our house. The installer was very professional and did an excellent, thorough job. The salesman who came out to explain their testing process and sealant process for the basement cracks was very informative, unlike several other…
Justin and the team were amazing to work with and went above and beyond during the Radon mitigation installation process. The sellers of my home made a mistake with the Radon mitigation, and Absolute Radon was quick and timely for the fix and held true to the warranty provided.
The technicians were incredible! They were fast and the system is maintaining low levels. Super happy with these guys!
We had a great experience with Sean at Absolute Radon Safety! He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The radon unit ended up looking great.
At first, we were very satisfied with the work of Absolute. We opted to go with hardwiring the fan. About a week after install, we discovered that the ground wire was not connected into the outlet, and had been completely cut off. According to the fan manual, the ground wire MUST be connected. Then, we took off the…
I found the installer to be knowledgeable and personable. He was fast, and efficient. He also took time to answer my questions and to explain what was being done. An enjoyable experience.
I am very pleased with the services of Absolute Radon Safety. They installed a radon reduction system in our home in 2016 and it has worked well ever since. The install was a little complicated but the tech was great in getting the system to meet our specs. This fall the fan noise increased to an annoying level so…
Kyle showed up on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner.
Very good, prompt service. Completed work quickly, very polite and professional. Wore a mask and shoe covers inside my home, and left me a test kit to check radon to make sure the mitigation works. Thank you!
