John's team has great communication. I knew what to expect every step of the way. The service turned out just as I was hoping. A little pricey but worth it. As you can see from the pics I could have definitely used more tile replacement, but it was out of budget at this time. Would definitely suggest for your tile/grout repair needs.

John replaced a few hexagon tiles in our bathroom. He did an excellent job making sure not to damage the heated flooring and matched the grout perfectly. He did a great job and we will happily hire him again! John communicates when he’ll arrive, does a great job in a timely manner, and seems like a normal local guy running his own business (very personable). Thank you John!
