Customers consistently praise the company for rapid response times, including weekend and emergency availability, as well as clear communication and fair pricing. Reviewers frequently note the team's professionalism, punctuality, and ability to resolve complex issues like breaker panel replacements or wiring faults efficiently. However, a small number of low-star reviews highlight instances of unreturned calls, rude phone interactions, and difficulties obtaining invoices, suggesting occasional lapses in customer service communication.

Great work and communication. Worked very diligently!
Thank you please call again
Anthony was a lifesaver. My breaker panel was sparking and catching fire and he came out on a SATURDAY and replaced it and the outside breakers. He doesn't usually do these big jobs on the weekends, but he was genuinely concerned for our safety. Our old box was a ticking time bomb that would easily have started a fire. If you need an honest and timely electrician use Anthony. I will be referring him to everyone I know.
Thank you Nick call anytime we are always here !!
AC electric was great. Anthony answered the phone on a Saturday evening and was at my house within 30 minutes. He went into the attic and fixed 2 wires that were accidentally cut. I would absolutely call again
Daniel Thank you for the review call again
This company not only does a great job with electrical work they also do AC work. They are over the top in every way. If you have an emergency & need them to come… Anthony is quick to get his people over & fix the problem. They get an A++. There are no games & no over charges. They are straight forward, honest, ethical & mostly competent. If you want a professional team, call them. They are no nonsense.

Our wired smoke detector was screaming when we arrived from MA yesterday. I pulled it, called AC Electric, and spoke with Anthony on a Friday afternoon. He said he'd be here in an hour, and he kept his word. He solved the problem 15 minutes after he arrived. Great service, great value. I'll be using AC Electric again.
Manny thank you Call anytime
Anthony was extremely fast and managed to come to my appointment the same day and swapped out a few faulty breakers in less than an hour solving the power problem in my guest house. Super pleased and would hire again!
Thank you call anytime
Had an issue with our kitchen faucet late Saturday night- kept zapping us which obviously seemed dangerous. Found Anthony on google - decided to give him a call, he came out first thing Sunday morning (even though he said he typically doesn’t work Sundays) & was able to fix it and gave us his recommendations. He was knowledgeable, reliable, personable & would highly recommend! Definitely will call him again in the future!
Thank you Alisa call again
Amazing work and they came over my house so quickly. Thank you Anthony !
Thank you, Sue for giving us a review. I appreciate it if you need anything in the future electrically please call
Called Anthony to install automatic switches for my outdoor lights. While he was doing that, he found a burnt up electric outlet outside and 5 other outlets not working. Replaced them, found inappropriate porch lights that he replaced. Replaced 2 breakers that were not working in my upstairs bedroom, fixed my upstairs balcony light that broke and fixed an outdoor light that hadn’t worked in 14 years that I was told by another electrician couldn’t be fixed. Very productive, satisfying day. All because he cared about my safety. A can-do type of guy. Also, when I called him about the switches, he was able to arrive a couple hours later and was fully equipped for all the unexpected work. A couple months ago, he came to my house to replace an electric panel that had scorch marks. Excellent job doing that, too. Found bathroom outlets that were not in code that caused our problem. Safer house now.
Thank you Kathy. Call anytime ✅
