Customers frequently cite the company's assistance with insurance claims, noting that staff negotiated with insurers to secure full coverage for roof replacements and repairs. Reviews highlight quick scheduling, transparent estimates, and consistent communication throughout the project, including photo updates and explanations. While most feedback praises the professionalism and efficiency of the crews, one low-star review describes a missed appointment and a significant price increase for a skylight repair that was left incomplete.

Strong costumer service and competitive pricing. Good quality roof and workmanship. Left quite a mess in the garage which I would’ve opened for them to leave down tarp if I’d known. Workers also stepped on and squished one of our downspouts.
I’ve used AC INC Roofing for the roof replacement. Ricky, the project consultant, helped me from the beginning to the end flawlessly. When I was struggling with the insurance claim, he negotiated with the insurance company. Other than my deductible, Ricky made the insurance company cover everything. The estimate was transparent, and I even got an upgrade to Class 4 shingles. I am very satisfied with the service.

Ricky was the absolute best! Our home was impacted by a hail storm and unfortunately our insurance company was less than cooperative when we made a claim. Ricky was an amazing resource of information and help during a long and complicated process. We were so happy with his customer service, knowledge, and communication. Our home is finally repaired and looking better than ever! Hopefully we won’t have another storm anytime soon but if we do, without a doubt we’ll reach out to Ricky/AC Inc.

Due to hail damage, we needed a new roof and garage door this year. AC INC was just fantastic. They negotiated fairly with our insurance company on our behalf, going beyond our expectations. And they did what they said they would, when they said they would, fair price, no hassle. And best of all, we couldn’t have had a better project consultant in Daniel Rozenwaser! He kept us advised at all stages, checked and insisted that everything was done correctly, was super helpful through this whole project. Last insurance covered item was finished today, our new garage door, and we are happy with the job. All that’s left is painting the door, Daniel is arranging that for us.

AC Inc Roofing was fantastic at every step of my roof replacement journey. Casey initially helped me file a claim with my insurance and fought tirelessly to get it approved, coming by the house three or four times throughout the process.
