Exceptional service. There are very few HVAC companies that are professional, courteous, kind, and considerate throughout the entire process. They don't play games, they understand your urgency, and they deliver the best service. They also immediately took care of minor accidental damage that occurred and refunded the cost to replace the item with no questions asked. We had two furnaces that were reaching the end of their life. We have used Expo Heating and Cooling for several years and they have given us exceptional service. On this occasion because of the new HVAC rules and legislation I asked them to quote me two furnaces and one condenser in December before the new rules took effect. I compared their price to another company's quote and went with Expo. They came out the next day and did the complete installation in one day. They took out the old equipment, clean up the attic area, tested the system, and then gave me a quick tour. I wish other companies were as easy to work with. Very satisfied with the price, timely installation and the friendly service from Freddie, Isaac, and Jabran.

Had our AC repaired yesterday and honestly the whole thing went smoother than I expected. The tech explained what was wrong with the compressor and why it needed to be replaced instead of just swapping parts and leaving. I appreciated that level of transparency. He also pointed out a filter issue that was making the system work harder than it needed to. The work itself took a couple hours but he cleaned up everything after and tested the system to make sure it was cooling properly. House is already feeling so much better and the temperature is holding steady now. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done. I also noticed he wore shoe covers the entire time which seems like a small thing but it matters when someone's working in your home. Really glad we went with them for this repair instead of just picking whoever was cheapest!!
