The staff were so kind, compassionate, and professional—they truly treated us like family. When a winter storm later kept us from seeing our local vet in Monroe, they even helped with my dog’s medication over the phone. I’m so grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!

I’m very disappointed in the lack of sympathy and compassion from the staff from the time we arrived till the time we left in tears. You could have at least kept your conversations down while we spent our last moments with our baby girl. Also we could have been placed in a more quiet room. Lastly I asked for a tech to meet us outside with a table we could just slide her onto due to her pain and wheel her inside but instead they wanted to carry her. After I waited for them in the rain, I ended up carrying my dog in myself. I will never be back again. This experience just made losing her worse. The vet wouldn’t even take a paw print. I wanted a print not an impression. I would have gladly done it myself. Please do better in the future. Losing a pet is losing a family member.

The front office staff, Ms.Brenda and Ashley are the very best! **also, the lady with the shorter, dark hair, great haircut, btw... I can't remember her name... always gets my last minute appts, heartworm/flea meds quick!!! My fur babies are happy, healthy pups, thanks to the entire staff at Acadian Vet Clinic!!
