Customers consistently praise the company for rapid response times, often arriving same-day or within hours to address issues involving raccoons, skunks, rats, snakes, and dead animals. Reviewers highlight professional conduct, thorough inspections, and effective removal techniques such as installing one-way doors and sealing entry points. While most feedback is positive regarding efficiency and communication, two identical one-star reviews criticize the use of cement for garage door modifications and subsequent communication breakdowns.

Had a family of raccoons under the house. Logan was great. Explained everything over the phone and came out and installed a one way door. Within a matter of days the 2 adults and the 2 juniors are out. Logan returned and secured all the vents and crawl space openings. Great service and very professional.

Logan was an absolute professional and was prompt to respond. He came and took care of the skunk and installed a new crawl space access door after cleaning up. The door looks amazing. Logan saved the day. Highly recommend!
Shawn was great. The team did everything they said they would and the problem was solved! Yeayyyy! I highly recommend Rodent Detective Services.
Raccoons are cute, but having them living in the ceiling space above your head is a different story. Accurate Rodent & Wildlife Control is our go-to vendor for any furry pests. They're quick to respond, very professional, and they really seem to know what they're doing as they get results easily. I don't know what we'd do without them.

After being pestered for weeks by a mother and her cubs—and finding the situation difficult to handle due to the low clearance of the attic—I contacted Logan. Javier came out the very next day to deal with it. It took five days in total for the mother to lead her young away and for the issue to be resolved. While the service wasn't cheap, a quick resolution was what mattered most.

We had a rat that snuck into our fireplace. After calling several companies that would only set traps, we thankfully called Logan who responded quickly to our call, gave us an estimate, tempered expectations of catching/removing the rodent. He was able come same day AND successfully attempted to remove the rat. He was very thorough and efficient and came prepared with all the necessary equipment for extraction. Thank you!
Very helpful
Had a weird smell coming from under the building they came in took out a dead opossum 10/10 recommend
We had a situation with a dead animal and started calling around close to 4:00 pm. Almost every company could only schedule us for the next day, but Sean responded right away and came within two hours. Super fast, professional, and efficient — he really saved us! Highly recommend!
