we didn't end up using this company (agent found us the company separately) but their office/business manager was very helpful and accommodating. She was thorough in assessing our needs. Pricing was competitive. Will keep them in mind for the future
Both Sheri and Hy are wonderful to work with. I had a situation in an apartment building and they came out immediately on a holiday week. Very knowledgeable and compassionate to my problem. Test results came back quickly and they made sure I understood the findings.<br><br>True value for their services and knowledge.<br><br>I will definitely be a repeating customer as needed.<br><br>Thank you very much!
Even though they are not required to do so, it would have been nice if they mentioned smaller things: like the washing machine was full of mold. I guess they just stick to the agenda and don't go out of their way to alert you beyond that.

My mother recently purchased a home sight unseen from over 2000 miles away from where she now lives. We had some relatives take a look at the place and they loved it.<br>As we weren't able to see the home and needed to make an offer our real estate agent, Shawn Wilmot, recommended the services of ACCUspect for the home inspection. They were positively amazing. The inspection was so well done that my mother was completely at ease making the offer.<br>There were pictures, details, comments, and recommendations about every part of the home from floor to roof including heating and a/c, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, foundations, appliances, etc.<br>I won't tell you what we paid but ACCUspect could charge triple and it would still be a deal.<br>Thank you so much for everything!!!
