Everybody is great at this location. I went and got a big green egg. That wasn't the reason they were so wonderful. I got to observe how the manager and crew interacted with other customers and it does the heart good to see such customer service.

I ordered a Blackstone Griddle and purchased the option to have it assembled. Online order was easy and It arrived on the date that I chose for it to be delivered. I received a call from the employee that assembled my grill and delivered it, Javier, to let me know he was about 20 minutes out. He was very friendly and professional. This kind of customer service is rare, definitely deserving of 5 stars. It was obvious Javier was delivering customer care as well as my purchased product. Thank you!

Kicked me out for wearing a backpack and we’re not very nice about. Apparently I looked like I was up to no good.

I had a very disappointing experience here and do not recommend it to anyone, specifically those seeking Stihl products. This is a long read but maybe it helps people to make a decision about spending their money there. I purchased a chainsaw on August 1st, 2026. The chainsaw was not started in front of me like it should have been and is customary at the few other Ave stores I have been to. Took the chainsaw home and after the first cut the the chain comes off. Not a deal breaker as it can happen, so I go to the Stihl website to figure out how to put it on properly. I do that and it starts so I make another cut on the tree, maybe an 8 inch cut and the saw dies out. Again, not an issue as it can be fixed. I give it time to rest and it won’t start. I drain the fuel, take out the spark plug and give it a few pulls to unflood the carburetor. Still won’t start. watch some YouTube videos to fix the problem and still doesn’t start. And not only that but the tightening mechanism fails to tighten. Fast forward to today August 6th, 2026. I go to the store and explain what happened. The cashier calls the “manager” Taylor to the register. Immediately she quotes the Stihl policy of no return. Which is somewhat true but each Ace store can make exceptions. I again explain the problems and she states it would not be sold if there was an issue with the chain and it should have been started in front of me. I told her that did not happen and for her to check the security footage. She was against it but said even if she did she wouldn’t be able to see if the chain was tight or not. I asked her to check so she does. She calls back the cashier who sold me the chainsaw on the 1st and based off of his facial expressions when he got back it seemed like she gave him a chewing out. She comes back and states even though the chain was loose on the camera, it was my fault for not starting it before I left the store and making sure it worked. I told her I want a refund or to take the price of the chainsaw and use it towards a model (wood boss) I am familiar with. She said no. That she can check in the chainsaw for service and it would be ready in a few weeks. I informed her I need a chainsaw now to cut down trees on my property. She still would not do it. All she offered was a “sorry”. So now I have a $349 paperweight since it doesn’t work. It is highly uncommon for a still product to have 3 issues out of the box. Absolutely a terrible experience as I was willing to buy a more expensive model if she would have refunded the money or even counted it towards the new chainsaw and I would still cover the difference.
