I was shopping for less expensive coverage for my car here in Florida. I realize most other insurance companies like Geico offered me the same coverage for half the price. Instead of $2,200 for 6 months with Genesis, I was able to spend $1,121 at Geico. I'm glad I left Achieva/Genesis...
One more annoying thing is that they're closed every holiday like all other banks. And of course we all know banks have the worst customer service all of retail. So why not go ahead and close on every holiday that comes down the street?
We were referred to Tony here at Genesis One through RamseyTrusted. Given the age of our home, our options were limited to Citizens, so we chose another agency that could underwrite through a different insurance company, given our situation. However, even though Tony knew we were selecting a different insurer, he was still very helpful in comparing quotes and pointing out some small print coverage details we otherwise would have missed. We can understand why this agency has the RamseyTrusted status!
Greg from Genesis One was able to get us great coverage on our car and save us over $500 from our last policy! He is very easy to talk to, gives great recommendations and is very knowledgeable.
