When ever I need service on my unit I always ask for Jack. Jack is very thorough and always explains what he has done on the service call.I have used ACR since 1989, Mike Torres and all his technicians are the best.

I am a 38 year resident year in Central Florida in the same house. I have had many different HVAC companies. I cannot say enough good things about ACR. The young man who came out today to do our initial service really took his time and really stripped down the things that were necessary to stripped down and clean them far beyond what anyone would consider to be routine maintenance. Everything is humming. It has been a while since I have been on a service contract because my prior company went out of business. I am thrilled to have found ACR. I signed them up for twice a year service on my three systems. They also pointed out a couple little “tricks” that will help me keep things running on a simplified basis that I can do myself.

Great experience! My inside and outside AC units are almost 20 years old, and both are still running like champs! I called ACR to come out for their annual checkups. Cody, the technician, came out and explained everything to me without trying to sell me anything. He said everything was working exactly as it should. Honest people, honest work! Highly recommend!
