Terrible experience. They claim no hidden fees or surcharges. Absolutely False! I paid the full amount quoted prior to delivery. Ensured we were under weight and returned within the window. They proceeded to send an identical bill to the first one with many hidden and non-disclosed fees. They don’t even own their own dumpsters, they just call a local provider as a middle man. Save yourself pain and headaches and avoid these scammers.

Hi Sam, we’re sorry to see this, but it isn’t an accurate picture of what happened. When our driver arrived, the spot you chose for the dumpster was blocked, so he couldn’t make the drop. Our team called you three times and texted you to try to fix it while he was on site, but we didn’t hear back, so he had to leave and get rerouted. That’s a dry run, and the dry run fee is spelled out in the contract you signed before delivery. We reached out again afterward to go over the invoice and still didn’t get a response. There were no hidden or undisclosed fees. Every charge was in the contract. Calling us scammers isn’t fair to our team, which tried several times to resolve this with you.

Hi Wes, every ACR invoice includes the dump ticket from the landfill, and yours did too. We understand it can be frustrating to pay an overweight fee, but overweight charges are clearly laid out in the quote terms and in the contract you signed with us, and you were notified after the fact. We tried to reach you about it and didn’t hear back, so the card on file was charged as the contract states. Every charge was disclosed upfront and backed by the landfill’s documentation.
