We've been using ACT for years for annual maintenance on our AC and Furnace. We recently had them clean our air ducts and then replace both AC, Furnace and also install a humidifier and are very satisfied with the work they did. They are very courteous, professional and timely. Would recommend
I have been extremely happy with ACT Heating and Cooling since starting with them about four years ago. They come twice a year to check my furnace and air conditioner, The technician is always very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Anytime I have called the office, I am greeted as a valued customer. I just had them install a furnace and were very pleased with the installation process and the installers. I would hardly recommend ACT to anyone looking for exceptional heating and cooling services!

ACT did an amazing job on servicing our current AC unit and replacing our furnace/AC unit. Professional employees. Clear communication. Excellent clean up. Highly recommend.

ACT Heating and Cooling was an excellent experience. Chris and Tayler were very courteous, respectful and went above and beyond installing not only new A\C unit but redoing all the duct work in the basement. Bid thank you to them. I believe they were still laughing about the age of the old unit.

Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. Also, I had asked a question about air duct cleaning. He communicated he would need to ck at the office. AND the next day I had a call back with the information. Follow through AND keeping his word. Makes ACT aces in my book:). Thank you for the great and consistent service:).

The furnace unit at our rental failed during a Cold snap. We were out of state at the time. We had used ACT previously to replace our home unit. A technician tried to replace a part and searched for 2 days for a replacement part to no avail (30 year old unit). ACT replaced unit to our satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves.
