They were able to come out and give me an estimate the day after I called. That was the only positive part of my experience. They gave me an estimate of $920 to fix 2 different parts of my refrigerator. I paid a $150 for the service call, which would be taken off of my repairs. I did some reserarch and found that the price was unreasonably high for what needed to be fixed. I asked for a break down of the estimate (parts, labor and any additional fees) but was only given what needed to be fixed. I have requested my service fee be refunded, but only given the uninformative estimate again. I ended up getting my refrigerator fixed for half the price of their estimate.

i did not pay an amount as the Asko dishwasher was under warranty. Deimy explained my mistake in starting it. The Asko dishwater runs so well! I am thrilled about having it as well as a service person who explained how it worked so well.

Tech was on the phone minutes after arrival for help to start basic troubleshooting. Quickly decided it was an expensive part with very high labor cost for an easy and quick part swap. Came back 4 days later with the wrong part. I cancelled the repair at that point and was reimbursed minus the $139 diagnostic fee. Got correct part and installed myself, but this was not the actual cause of the issue. Found a clogged water inlet filter on the hot water connection that I would have thought would've been checked first. I discovered this after buying a new washer while swapping out the old washer for the new washer. Very disappointing experience. I'm just glad I didn't let him come back with the correct part and end up with a $500 plus repair and a washer that still wouldn't work.
