Robert is clear, kind, and direct. I get the impression that he knows the owner's manual and maintenance schedule for my 2016 Subaru Forester very well, from the way that he talks about the car. Of course, I know nothing about car maintenance, but I do get good vibes from Robert. I feel like I can trust what he says to do with the car and also what he says the car doesn't need at the moment.

I’ve been coming to action auto care for the last 4 years. Every single time I’ve come, I’ve felt like I learned something new and left with a clear idea of what needed to be done on my car. There’s so much honesty and understanding at action auto care, this has been the only shop that I’ve found and truly trust to do service on my car. They don’t persuade you to do any car services that you don’t want to do, and I really appreciate that!

Best auto mechanic in the SF Bay Area. Been going to Robert and his team for service for the past seven years, and my parents have been for even longer than that. I enlisted and went active duty a year ago, driving 2,700 miles from FL to CA for a short break between duty stations. Still got my car serviced by no one else but Robert during my break. I'll keep coming to him and him only as long as I keep visiting CA.

Robert is incredibly helpful. Brought my car in for an ac that wasn’t cooling. He fixed it and it was a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Action Auto whenever anything is wrong with it. 100/10 would recommend.
