Customers frequently praise the company for same-day availability, punctual arrivals, and clear communication regarding repair options and costs. Technicians are described as knowledgeable and professional, often providing thorough diagnostics and maintenance services for springs, openers, and full door installations. However, some low-rated reviews criticize the pricing as excessive for minor repairs and note instances where initial fixes failed to resolve underlying structural or installation issues.

Hallelujah! I was truly blessed by Action Garage Door Repair Specialist, Chris! I watched the installation of my new garage door. I was so ooo excited to receive it! Chris was so organized and methodical as he unpacked the doors and equipment for installation! Each part was intentionally positioned for easy access and correct positioning for attachment and installation! I was watching a highly experienced professional! Even his dismantling of my previous door was done easily with the power tools and loaded onto his truck prior to installing my new garage door!
I'm truly excited to have a smooth sounding functional garage door! Chris made sure that every remote was functional before he left, as well! Thank you so ooo much, Chris! I am very pleased and grateful to God for your exceptional service!
