Customers rate Action Pest Control 4.9 out of 5 based on 61 reviews, frequently citing punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing for services like rodent removal, crawling space sealing, and insect control. Recurring themes include honest assessments where unnecessary visits are avoided and effective, thorough treatments for various pests. The primary criticism involves a driver failing to secure ladders on a vehicle, which nearly caused a highway collision, though this issue is unrelated to the quality of pest control work performed.

Just had our first service with Action, and they were awesome. The gentleman arrived at the scheduled time, treated our home, and made it simple. Very professional & highly recommended. Thank you!
This company and his owner, Justin, are a blessing to this world. I prayed for a reliable, reasonable, honest pest solution company, and God sent Justin, I am so grateful and blessed. I highly, highly recommend him and his company, Action Pest Control. Justin solved the mice problem in my place.
Thank you so much for the kind words!
Justin and his crew came out and sealed up our crawl space on an investment property we are selling. They did a great job for a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
This has nothing to do with the work they do; this has to do with the irresponsibility of the driver of a white Toyota Tacoma. Near Phoenix, on Highway 5 North, one of the ladders he was carrying on the rack fell off, almost causing a collision with three vehicles behind him. Properly supervise ladders and other tools that need to be secured. Luckily, there was nothing more serious than a ladder on the freeway.
We are aware that this incident occurred, we are currently having all our equipment inspected and checked. Saftey is the highest priority for our technicians and for the public. We are very grateful and thankful no one was injured as a result of this accident. We apologize that this occurred and that you had to witness it. All the best to you! Justin Hamilton 541-770-9510
Justin and his team are awesome! They always take care of my pest issues and provide great customer service.
Justin and Skyler are both very professional. Skyler has been out twice, and taken care of our pest issues. I will have them back in the future.
Justin is prompt and professional and gets the job done. We had a rare situation with ticks going after our small children and he took time, care and effort into being sure every corner was thoroughly inspected and taken care of. Thank you again Justin for helping us sleep peacefully in our home again. We appreciate your service and highly recommend your business.
Five out of five stars. Justin is personable and worth the money. -Brian
Justin is friendly, punctual, and only charges for the services you need. He doesn't try to upsell you and his fees are fair. I have a unique situation with termites and he even put me in touch with someone who can help me with my specific issue. I will continue to use Action Pest Control and recommend them anyone looking for someone who will listen to you and not just give you the "cookie cutter" treatment. Thanks Justin!
I just recommended Justin to my brother who just moved into town. Justin is the best!
