Ken installed a new bathroom faucet today for us. He was very professional and carried on a good conversation while he was working. Very satisfied with his work. As always, we can count on Action for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Dillon was very personable and was willing to listen to our concerns during the interaction. Any questions we had he willingly answered. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with a technician that did not really care about what he was doing. He showed pride in his work.

UPDATE: The owner called me after seeing the review and wanted to know more about the situation. He ultimately offered to refund any fees, which I appreciated. I received the check less than a week later. Original: Called Action because I had some obvious water damage in my ceiling. The technician showed up an hour outside of his time window (showed up at 12:15, window was 8-11am). I had called the company inquiring where the tech was and they were baffled that “no one had reached out to me” and “that he should be on the way soon”. The tech arrived and said “I finally made it”. Did not apologize. He took 10 minutes, determined it was an HVAC issue instead of plumbing, and wanted to charge me 175$ for the service fee. He said he could take off the travel cost because of the inconvenience, so I spent 135$. The HVAC guy came a few days later, was kind and knowledgeable. It has been over 7 days since the HVAC guy came, and I have heard nothing. He told me I would hear from them in the next few days regarding the plan moving forward. I called the company again and apparently, they have no record of the HVAC guy coming, no notes. I spoke to the HVAC manager who said “I don’t know what’s going on, I only had a note to call you.” And he didn’t apologize. Zero people skills. Zero communication. And I’m out 135$ and still have a leaking ceiling. Go anywhere else for your HVAC and plumbing needs.
