I've been coming to the weekly group coaching sessions on Wednesday mornings for about four months now. The structured accountability is exactly what I needed—the 90-day planning template they gave me actually got me to finally hire my first employee. My coach, Mark, called me out on my pricing being too low, which was uncomfortable but needed. My only gripe is the "action plan" homework sometimes feels like busy work, and the $1,200 quarterly fee is a real commitment for a small biz. Parking in the strip mall lot is easy, but the waiting area is just folding chairs in the hallway.
