Patrons frequently mention affordable lunches, varied exercise classes, and social opportunities like bingo and trips. I met one of our young ladies who is running for ward, 2 council member awesome. Young lady.
I love that there's a place my husband and I can go to workout with other older adults. It's quiet, less people, and less stressful. Just wish they were open a little later and on the weekends.
So many trips, so many things to do like bingo, wood carving, lectures, delicious lunch at a great price.
I just love this place. I take silver sneakers classes. Instructors are excellent. Very knowledgeable and caring. In addition the senior lunches are delicious and very top quality.
