TSgt Blanco was my recruiter and I had a great experience working with him. He helped me stay motivated during a very long process (over 13 months) even with a waiver I had to deal with, and was very informative with any questions I had during that time. After going through BMT and tech school and hearing about other people’s experiences with their recruiters, I realized how fortunate I was to have him because of the amount of work and effort he was willing to put in for his recruits. Joining the Air Force is the best decision I’ve ever made and I have no one but TSgt Blanco to thank for that.
