I’ve been with Active for 6 years now, and I’ve been pleased. When I’ve had issues, they have always made it right. If necessary, they come back and spray a second time. I’ve been pleased with their customer service. Robert is my current technician and he always calls or texts to let me know he is on his way. What a great professional courtesy. Robert always asks me if I am having any issues and if so, he addresses them. He is friendly and courteous and always does a thorough job. I am extremely happy with Active; so much so that, I recommended them to my sister and she now uses them, and she is pleased with their service. She added additional services once she saw what a good job they did.
