Emergencies likely should go straight to the ER as urgent care is NOT an emergency room) My parents were out of town and was dog sitting for them. Their 15 year old mini schnoodle was seeming very painful and refused to eat for over 48 hours and AcutePet was able to see her same day. Dr. Maitland was able to chat with my parents to keep them in the loop and was able to get her started on some pain meds, steroids and got her eating again. I could not recommend them enough. From the check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and expeditious.

Unfortunately for Tank it was his time to rest in peace. This loving caring staff also sent me a card in the mail to offer their condolences. I would recommend Acute Pet to anyone who has an emergency but doesn’t want to wait at the ER. This is also more cost-effective than an ER. Did not cost me as much as an ER visit!

Review from Google · view on GoogleAcutePet Urgent Care treated our dog Turkey for a UTI and they were fantastic! It was super easy to book an appointment online and fill out all the forms. When we got there we checked in and the receptionist offered us a beverage and took us right back to the room. The RVT Lourdes was amazing. She was so kind and patient to our anxious girl. While Turkey was in the back for her exam we could hear the staff talking to her; they were so gentle and loving towards her. Dr. Maitland was so compassionate as she explained the treatment plan to us. We were in and out in about an hour. The entire staff was incredible, you can really tell that they love animals. We really appreciated everyone there for their love and kindness. They even drew a turkey on Turkey’s go-home bag!
