Whoever answers there phones, should learn how to work in customer service.
First thing, when I reschedule an appointment. And they tell me its been rescheduled tor 10/1 at 1pm. I assume they are going to follow through with that. And NOT show up when they were originally scheduled 9/29 at 10am. And they wonder why no one was here. Maybe because normal people work Monday thru Friday.
Second thing, when I say its a bit ridiculous that they messed up and now I have to wait another week because they cant show up at the scheduled time. You don't call me rude. Being rude is not showing up when you were scheduled(10/1 at 1pm). Literally called within 5 minutes of DCPM sending me a text, telling me when my appointment was, to reschedule it. And I talked to an older woman last Friday to get that rescheduled.
Thirdly, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have to wait an entire week now. BECAUSE OF YALLS NEGLIGENCE and failure to use your listening devices(ears). And lack of competent computer inputting of data(the rescheduled appointment entry).
And finally the 4th issue, I can see why yall work so closely with Denton County Property Management. Slumlords love working with the lowest of the low.
